1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

For depositing funds on 8mbes, we support Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — this rule applies to every payment method.

• Deposit transactions are generally reflected in the account instantly.
• You must use your own registered mobile number and account when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. The wagering multiplier for bonus conditions is 15x.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Each promotional offer applies to one account per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If prohibited betting patterns (such as low-margin bets or hedging) are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 8mbes reserves the right to modify bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The 8mbes VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and how you use the platform. Specific wagering requirements may also apply to cashback benefits.

5. Gaming Rules

8mbes offers slot games, live casino, card games, and other gaming services. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game loads.

• All games follow a fair play policy and are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, the platform's system log will be considered final.
• Bets will be refunded for any round cancelled due to a technical error.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or AI is strictly prohibited.
• If an internet connection is lost during a game session, the result up to the point the game was completed is valid.

5.1 Live Casino

7. User Conduct Policy

8mbes is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. To this end, all users must follow the conduct rules below.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

10.2 Closure by the User

10.3 Refund of Funds

Upon account closure, the original deposited amount will be refunded subject to conditions being met. However, funds may be forfeited in the case of an account closed due to fraud.

11. Limitation of Liability

8mbes always strives to improve service quality, however our liability is limited in the following matters:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical failures.
• Service disruption due to events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Theft or misuse of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from reliance on third-party content or advice displayed on the platform.

Under no circumstances will 8mbes's total liability for any single incident exceed the amount of the transaction involved in that incident.

12. Changes to Terms

8mbes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
